When you fill out a form on our website or send us an email, we receive whatever you choose to include. This usually means your name, phone number, and email address, along with the reason you are reaching out. Parents and guardians may also share details about a child they are contacting us about.
We use this information to answer your question, follow up on a scheduling request, or point you to the right person on our team. Our website forms are not a secure channel for medical details. If you need to discuss symptoms, test results, or an upcoming procedure, please call us.

Please keep health details out of public comments and direct messages. We cannot discuss your care over social media, but our staff is glad to help by phone.

Many of our patients are children, but our website is meant for adults. Parents and guardians should be the ones to contact us on a child’s behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If we find that a child has sent us information through the site, we will delete it.
